In this week’s Staff Spotlight, we’re highlighting Banfield Elementary School paraeducator Mickey Smith.
"Mickey is always on the go and when kids see her, the excitement shared between them is a heartwarming sight. She always takes time to talk to any kid who crosses her path and check in. It’s not about her lengthy to do list, it’s about seeing that child and showing them that they matter."
